Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Clarity Tote is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us for assistance.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.


International Orders

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
