Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.


Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Clarity Tote cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Clarity Tote is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
